Forecast Planning Manager manages the organization's forecast planning function using inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to estimate output. Gathers and evaluates data to develop solutions for increasing production.     Overview
    * Create Weekly forecasts for contacts, handle time and off phone activities
    * Analyze trends and variances for multiple forecast groups
    * Provide reports indicating long-term impacts to staffing, contacts and handle time
    * Evaluate schedule distributions for needed adjustments
    * Proactively analyze schedules, processes and volumes for abnormalities
    * Partner with the line of business to determine current and future staffing impacts
    * Provide Weekly forecasts to the Workforce Administrators
    * Maintain Holiday and Historical patterns
    * Maintain NCO and AHT distributions
    * Maintain Monthly volume updates and day-of-week distributions
    * Provide recommendations on Shift and Mini Bids, including timelines
    * Analyze Units Sold data and propensities
    * Maintain forecast models to enhance short-term and long-term forecasting accuracy
    * Communicate short-term staffing requirements to the line of business
    * Attendance is an essential function of the job
    * Additional duties as needed
    Responsibilities
    * Ability to analyze trends, discern relevant impacts and make decisions accordingly
    * Coordinate short-term planning initiatives with the Workforce Administrators
    * Report Actual results and comparisons to Senior Management
    * Communicate trends and historical impacts
    * Measure success of forecasts and analysis; address/adjust as needed
    Qualifications
    * Familiar with Workforce Management systems (i.e. Five 9, Verint, Aspect, IEX, etc.)
    * Ability to use MS Office suite; work with formulas to produce relevant forecast (i.e MS Excel, Forecast PRO)
    * Strong mathematical background
    * Understand the requirements of forecasting, scheduling and staffing in a contact center environment
    * Must be a strong self-motivator with strong ability to work independently as well as work as part of a team to achieve goals.
    * Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) to all levels of the line of business in a professional manner.
    * Must be flexible
    * A minimum of 2 years of Workforce Planning experience
    * An Associate Degree or post high school technical or specialized education which may be obtained in the first two or three years of college technical school or business school
    * Some travel may be required
