Balance production and inventory with demand to support targets consistent with customer service, inventory turns, and utilization/staffing requirements. Acts as subject matter expert for all scheduling related functions and serves site leadership teams accordingly. Salary Range: $101,769.00 - $162,831.00 Essential Functions Leads site level SIOP efforts and participate as key stakeholder in broader business unit SIOP discussions. Serves on site leadership team. Must drive coordination with cross functional teams to ensure alignment across manufacturing site. Provides time phased schedules by SKU to manufacturing and measures production compliance to track performance. Leads site implementation efforts for system and process changes with respect to planning and scheduling. Efforts are focused to create standard, repeatable work processes for the production scheduling team. Leads team of direct and indirect employees. Position will be located in Hobart, NY. Lead team to develop feasible master production schedules (MPS) based on capacity, material, and other constraints. Lead team to translate MPS into detailed schedules for production execution. Lead team to develop requirements to support procurement of materials through DRP/MRP methodology. Maintain team performance KPIs. Lead efforts to communicate schedule deviations and root causes to cross functional team. Lead efforts to analyze what if scenarios in the frozen production horizon. Travel: Up to 25% travel required. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required. Prefer degrees in supply chain, business, and/or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in materials/ planning/scheduling. Strong demonstrated knowledge with DRP/MRPII systems and be highly proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Specific experience in scheduling production required. Understanding of the entire supply chain from demand planning through order shipment. License/Certifications: APICS CPIM certification or equivalent required. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: JDE World, BPCS, JDA Master Planning, JDA S&OP Workbench, experience preferred. Manage multiple priorities while achieving deadlines. Professional business communication with various levels of management and functional areas. Self-starter, ability to work independently. Project Management/Change Management certifications/experience preferred.
