FORECLOSURE LEGAL ASSISTANT

Our client is seeking a Seasoned Legal Assistant with prior experience working in foreclosures. Strong ability to multitask, order title work, scan, open new suits, handle correspondence, etc.

FORECLOSURE LEGAL ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring of file progression to perfect service.
• Electronic filing of court documents with Mi-File.
• Review court or clerk websites to determine judge/court protocol.
• Calls to and from court or county personnel regarding case status or informational needs.
• Maintaining accurate and current information in case management and client systems.

FORECLOSURE LEGAL ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of an associate degree and three years of experience or a minimum of six years of legal assisting experience in place of the degree.
• Technically savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office

* Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
