Responsibilities and Job Duties:
Use the Account Management System to follow-up to ensure deadlines are tracked and met
- Prioritize and work at a fast pace on a high volume of files, with great attention to detail
Coordinate with legal professionals (clients, clerks, counsel, service agents) in other jurisdictions nationwide regarding case management and best practice
Ability to draft pleadings and motions
Ability to work independently while also being a team player
Advanced computer skills
Qualifications:
Ability to pass a Federal Public Trust Background Check/Clearance must have clean credit history with no active defaulted debt
Minimum of two years experience in foreclosure process with a preference for people knowing process from beginning to end
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
A strong work ethic with the ability to balance and prioritize a high-volume workload
Professional written and verbal skills and the ability to communicate with co-workers as well as clients
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Word and experience in account management software
