We are seeking a Foreclosure Paralegal in our Creditor's Rights practice area, located in Yardley, PA. You will provide overall support to attorneys' and clients. Paralegal should be familiar with LPS, Tempo, Black Knight and perfect practice, MS Office, as well as outlook and e-filing. Experience with Creditor's Rights is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents within the Creditor's Rights / Foreclosure department
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Record and store client information within the Creditor's Rights practice area internal case management system as well as client's systems.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paralegal in a Creditor's Rights or Foreclosure practice area; 3 years preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
