Oversees the processing of foreclosure forms and analysis and reports on the activities of the group. Being a Foreclosure Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Foreclosure Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a licensed West Virginia attorney who is able to assist Reimer Law in opening a physical office in the state and assisting in the growth of our real estate, mortgage default, and creditor bankruptcy practice. This attorney will need excellent communication, organizational, and people skills. The right candidate will have at least three to five years of experience in West Virginia real estate, foreclosure, and/or creditors’ right law. They must be someone who is self-motivated, an independent worker, and someone who likes the thought of helping one of the preeminent default firms in the country build upon the firm’s existing client base in West Virginia.
