Foreclosure Supervisor supervises personnel in the foreclosure department and ensures documents meet established rules and standards. Oversees the processing of foreclosure forms and analysis and reports on the activities of the group. Being a Foreclosure Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Foreclosure Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Summary/Objective

- Communicates with customer regarding meeting objectives.
- Managing budgets.
- Completes daily work orders and other projects within the AMS software system.
- Member of safety committee and attend weekly safety call.
- Review training of personnel and managers.
- Recruits, hires, terminates, and promotes personnel.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position oversees General Foreman, Crew Leaders, Crew Members, and assigned projects.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the Supervisor is working outdoors, exposed to all
temperatures, weather, and nature. The employee will be exposed to excessive noise.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an
employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The Supervisor enters and exits a vehicle numerous times per day. Personal protective equipment
(PPE) is required when working with the work zone. The employee must be able to lift, move,
