Foreclosure Supervisor supervises personnel in the foreclosure department and ensures documents meet established rules and standards. Oversees the processing of foreclosure forms and analysis and reports on the activities of the group. Being a Foreclosure Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Foreclosure Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Opportunity for Property Preservation/REO Contractors
Weekly pay after one week hold back.

Must be able to cover entire zone of AL-40 in the photo section.
Looking for local area vendors who have:
1) Experience to do standard preservation duties/tasks including but not limited to:
a. Winterizations
b. Lawn Maintenance
c. Debris removal
d. Lock Changes
e. Initial Services (including sales clean)
f. Boarding
g. Prepare/Put property in Convey Condition
h. General/Minor household repairs, etc
i. Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace
2) Must have own transportation and form of reliable communication with office staff
3) Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports, photos, bids, etc
4) MUST know and understand the importance of due dates and meeting deadlines on time
5) Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc
6)Experience with PPW a plus
