Completes conveyances to FHA / VA once sale is complete
Completes disbursements and issues the associated Tristee's Deeds
Completed Deed in Lieu paperwork
Title and foreclosure experience

Solid work history
Must type 60 words per minute & advanced 10 key skills
Advanced skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
