What we need from you:
The 1031 Exchange/Wire Coordinator assists clients through the entire 1031 exchange process which includes analysis and determination of eligibility, processing contracts, communication with involved parties throughout the process, and receiving in / disbursing out funds. The coordinator also reviews and processes daily wires, partners with key bank contacts, and provides support to the closing departments.
