What You’ll Do

The Videographer is responsible for working closely with our creative and marketing teams to plan, film, and edit video content according to design briefs that meet the expectations of our customers and fall within our current brand standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Establish a video production plan alongside marketing stakeholders.

• Direct storyboarding sessions.

• Film videos on set or on location.

• Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.

• Plan the shoot with the creative/marketing teams and any on-site clients.

• Edit footage in post-production.

• Direct team working on shoot(s) so that the needed footage is acquired.

• Deliver assets that are on brand and align with brand guidelines.

• Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up to date with the latest video marketing techniques.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years experience with video filming and editing

• Exceptional visualization skills when materializing concepts

• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in video production and editing software such as Premier, Final Cut, Audition, After Effects, Canva, etc. (as well as Photoshop and Lightroom).

• In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models

• Extensive understanding of design, copy and web practices

Bonus Points

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
