    Job Title: Lab Associate

    Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

    Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly

    Location: Albuquerque, NM

    Position Objective

    The Lab Associate is principally responsible for engaging in the full range of operations of the Manufacturing Facility to produce cannabis products. Our lab department is a fast-paced work environment that requires attention to detail. The individual must have a good understanding of the RLD rules and regulations along with proper food handling and sanitation procedures. As a lab associate, the work performed by the employee shall be under the general supervision of the Facility Manager.

    Major Functions

    Production Operations (40%)

    • Produce/infuse cannabis products to meet daily lab targets in accordance with the SOPS.
    • Ensure all finished goods have been checked to meet sanitary and quality standards.
    • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
    • Adhere to all food handling and safety rules and regulations.
    • Ensures work area is clean and free of safety hazards.

    Inventory Management (30%)

    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory for materials.
    • Develop a strong understanding of the Inventory Tracking Systems.
    • Ensure all production is accurately recorded into the ERP tracking system and documented.

    Compliance & Safety(30%)

    • Develop an autonomous command of all lab procedures.
    • Observe and maintain the highest standards of 5S methodology.
    • Adhere to all food handling and safety rules and regulations.
