Foreign Students Director recruits and advises foreign students enrolled in the university/college. Coordinates academic programs and oversees all aspects of foreign student activities. Being a Foreign Students Director helps international students on the transition to university/college life. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Foreign Students Director typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Foreign Students Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Foreign Students Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Athletic Director and Dean of Students

Starting Date: August 1, 2024
Location: Triad Middle and High School
Qualifications:
- Administrative License or Degree in Athletic Administration is preferred.
- Head coaching experience at the varsity level preferred.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
- Current application, license and transcripts on file in the board office.
- Ability to work with staff, students and parents in a positive manner.
- Ability to take guidance and direction from Principal and Superintendent.
- Participates as an active member of the management team.
- Upholds board policies and follows administrative guidelines/procedures.
- Promotes a professional image of the school district.
- Has comprehensive knowledge of interscholastic athletic program regulations.
- Effective organizational, planning and project management skills.
- Encourages program innovations and pursues funding opportunities.
- Prepares grant/foundation applications.
- Implements funded proposals and complies with reporting requirements.
- BCI and FBI background checks will be required of approved candidate.
