    Fleet Advisor is hiring for technicians that take pride in what they do! Different from other shop jobs, Fleet Advisor built its business model around serving YOU, the technician, first and foremost. We believe if you are taken care of, the customers will be as well.

    You will be equipped with a company van that you can take to and from work. The van is built out to help you be as efficient as possible when doing repairs. Don't let the name fool you, we are far more than lube techs.

    We are in search of a master level technician who can use their skills to help lead our team on tough repairs and taking care of our customers at the highest level. We have plans for huge growth in the next 5 years and need a technician that is willing to help formulate trainings and processes that will be used by future technicians all over the country.

    Execution,

    • Receive and perform work orders for our customers
    • Perform consistent and professional DOT/PM Inspections
    • Diagnose and repair DOT/PM failures as well as other items
    • Manage work orders, parts billing, and labor through a mobile phone application
    • Communicate with the customer in a professional manner
    • Keep service truck washed, clean, organized, and presentable
    • Honor your teammates

    Your areas of knowledge and expertise,

    • 5 Years of experience as a diesel/automotive technician
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
    • Strong mechanical aptitude including knowledge of tools applicable to position
    • Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $23.00 - $52.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
