Client Service Administrator

Role Overview:

The Client Service Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. This position involves direct interaction with clients, providing them with professional and welcoming support, managing their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with their administrative needs. The ideal candidate is action-oriented, possesses a deep understanding of our business goals, and aligns with Sequoia's intellectual, social, and value-based culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Respond to client inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information on services.
• Assist with paperwork, process forms, and ensure a smooth administrative process.
• Manage client records and files securely, maintaining confidentiality.
• Support financial advisors and the Management team with administrative tasks.
• Handle mail, coordinate deliveries, and maintain office supplies.
• Generate, maintain, and securely upload client reports.
• Utilize CRM software for efficient tracking, reporting, and scheduling.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications and Characteristics:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work.
• 2-3 years of experience in client service or related fields.
• Financial industry experience is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of financial services or a willingness to learn is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is essential.
• Possess a strong sense of urgency.
• Easily grasp and understand new concepts.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• No nights
• No weekends
