Summary: The Talent Development Catalyst teacher is responsible for serving as the lead expert in gifted education for the school. Responsibilities include development and implementation of gifted curriculum and instruction, supporting and leading professional development, collaborative planning with teachers/grade-levels, ensure social/emotional growth and strategies are implemented to support whole child development, support district compliance procedures for AIG identification, and communicate with stakeholders in support of gifted services in the building.
