Saint Francis University invites applications for a full time Enrollment Advisor in the Department of Enrollment Management. The Enrollment Advisor will coordinate and contribute to the success of initiatives designed to identify, attract, and enroll students in Saint Francis University’s graduate and certificate programs. This role will communicate with prospective students and applicants using a high level of personalization and customer service to offer support throughout the admission process. The position requires proficient knowledge, understanding, and execution of admissions standards and operations. The position also requires an extensive knowledge of the institution’s programs, services, and processes. The position must fully embrace and promote the unique Catholic, Franciscan mission and identity of the University.
Bachelor’s degree required with at least one year serving an Admissions, Advising, Coaching, or Consultative Sales role. Experience working in a goal-driven, measured performance and team environment is required. Additional qualifications include excellent customer service and time management skills, high learning agility, creative problem solving, exceptional oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and professionalism. Excellent interpersonal communication skills for both one-on-one interactions and group presentations with diverse populations of students. Upbeat and outgoing personality with a desire to encourage students to succeed and ability to address and overcome student concerns. Excellent computer and keyboarding skills (Microsoft Suites). Must also possess superior ability and a desire to work closely with prospective Saint Francis University students and their families. Overnight travel is possible and a valid driver’s license is required.
