The Event Coordinator will assist Event Strategists in organizing company events. The Coordinator will provide support to the events team to execute event strategy and help with key aspects of an event, including: vendor management, internal communication, budgeting, and shipping.
Job Responsibilities

Support the Manager, Events and Event Specialists with planning events and company-wide initiatives

Work closely with the Events team to assist in coordinating logistics for eMoney’s large portfolio of external tradeshows, internal events, and the eMoney Summit

Manage attendee lists and keep team members up to date on conference registration

Understand requirements for each event and provide support

Schedule all stakeholder meetings

Manage vendors and place orders for conferences
-
Handle all shipping of materials to and from events
-
Determine AV needs for conferences and place orders

Assist with virtual webinars
-
Handle invoicing and billing
-
Handle administrative tasks associated with the events
-
Potential travel to support the Annual eMoney Summit

Other tasks assigned by Event Strategists
Requirements

Associate’s or a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience preferred

Previous event planning or project management experience
-
Knowledge and experience in virtual events (ON24, Eloqua and Cvent a plus)

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with high level of professionalism

The salary range for this position is $49,000 - $62,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
