Forest Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently looking for a Part-Time Transportation/Escort Aide. The purpose of the Transportation/Escort Aide. Is to transport residents from building to designated appointments and returns. MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

Registered Nurse Education/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid State Driver License with a clean driving record.
• Preferred Certified Nurse Aide but not a requirement.

Shift & Wage:

• Part-Time
• Shifts Needed: Per appointments.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires a variety of activity levels including frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, occasional sitting, rarely crawling, and climbing. The employee may be required to frequently lift items up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
