Biltmore Forest Country Club is looking for a full-time permanent Tournant to share their culinary skills and talent at one of Asheville's premiere Country Clubs. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated cook who is interested in a variety of cooking styles and techniques. Throughout the year you will be exposed to casual as well as upscale a la carte service, plated banquets and large buffets. Strong work ethic, communication skills and knife skills are required.
This position requires weekend and holiday availability, and we are looking for someone who can be flexible in their schedule with a willingness to help when there is a need for additional service.
