As the first point of contact, the Leasing Consultant provides high-quality customer service by fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with colleagues, vendors, contractors, potential and existing residents, communities, and associated agencies.
Essential Duties and Requirements :
process rental applications to lease signature; process all lease renewals; enter rental payments; and coordinate move-ins / move-outs.
