Looking for a dedicated Hardscape crew lead or crew member

• Must have reliable transportation - valid Drivers license REQUIRED NO EXCEPTIONS
• Prior landscaping/hardscaping experience required
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions: heat, cold, snow, rain, etc.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills preferred.

Duties Include:

• Direction and supervision of crew members in day to day tasks
• Working with our Designer and Crew Foreman to prep, install, and finish projects
• Safely operating power tools and heavy machinery/equipment
• Driving a loaded trailer to and from jobsites
• Advanced masonry and fabrication

Examples of work:

We install and custom fabricate a diverse array of hardscape and landscape projects, the most popular being:

• Retaining walls
• Firepits
• Patios - pavers or flagstone
• Pergolas
• General landscaping - installation of plants, rock, mulch, etc.

Typical hours

• Our crews work Monday - Friday
• Start time is generally 8am, but can vary depending on weather.
• Our crews generally finish the day around 5pm - but sometimes work late or finish early depending on progress on the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
