Job Description:
As a Junior Forest Technician, you will be integral to our field operations, assisting in the collection and management of environmental data. This role is perfect for those who thrive in natural settings and are committed to the principles of environmental care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field surveys in various terrains, including hills, mountains, and forested areas.
• Utilize GPS tools and other technology to navigate through forest areas accurately.
• Collect and record data meticulously, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
• Implement and adhere to all safety guidelines and practices during field operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and development.

Requirements:

• Strong physical fitness with the ability to hike and navigate diverse terrains.
• A keen interest in learning new skills and advancing technological proficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
