Forest Aide gathers and analyzes data regarding overall condition of forest tracts. May provide supervision to seasonal workers. Being a Forest Aide educates visitors on forest policies and regulations. Requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Forest Aide has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.     • Behavior Management training required within 6 months of hire.

    • Ability to intervene in potentially violent situations.
