We are licensed by the State of Michigan, fully accredited by The Joint Commission and we bring more than 45 years of experience to the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health problems. As a part of our continued success and growth, we are seeking qualified applicants for a weekend Bachelor's level Social Worker.

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initiates discharge planning and arranges aftercare appointments/referrals.
• Completes all needed discharge paperwork with patients and supports at time of discharge.
• Completes psychosocial assessments on new patients within the required timelines.
• Engages in collateral contacts with community organizations, support persons, and other providers and appropriately documents the contacts.
• Attends appropriate team meetings as needed.

Hours: Day shift, every other weekend.

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work from an accredited university
• LBSW, or ability to abtain license within 90 days of hire
• Previous psychiatric experience preferred
