This is a great fit for someone who is a retired teacher or a student in college who's pursuing a teaching degree. Each workshop involves 1 instructor leading a group of 15-20 elementary or middle school students in low-income areas.
This is not a good fit for someone who is looking for a full-time Monday through Friday job.
