Shift: Day 8a-430p
Job Duties
? Learn operation of, and successfully function with, a scan gun which contains the items required for product movement.
? Learn warehouse layout and bin locations in order to properly locate products for placement.
? Work with Pickers to drop product from higher bin locations to the floor level as
needs dictate.
? Successfully operate a forklift for efficient material handling.
? Learn and successfully operate hand jacks as situations require.
? Learn and successfully navigate pallets of products to proper bin locations as
required.
? Follows all rules and policies to ensure the safety of teammates, delivery drivers, and visitors.
? Operate equipment safely and at a speed that promotes a safe work culture.
? Ensures good housekeeping practices are followed at all times to avoid near
misses and potential hazards. (Daily trash pickup, strap wrapping/storage, plastic and wood scrap pickup/disposal, general warehouse cleanliness)
