Foundation Director directs the execution of the vision, strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, and grantmaking operations that support the overall objectives of a foundation. Defines the goals and tactics for fundraising campaigns and program initiatives. Being a Foundation Director represents the foundation to the public and media to communicate its mission, values, and accomplishments. Maintains positive relationships with foundation stakeholders, including the board of directors, grantees, community leaders, donors, and prospective donors. Additionally, Foundation Director oversees grantmaking operations, including developing grant guidelines, reviewing grant applications, and managing the grant evaluation process. Manages foundation programs and initiatives that align with the foundation's mission and values. Implements systems for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the foundation's grantmaking and programs. Ensures all foundation activities comply with applicable laws, reporting requirements, and regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Foundation Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Foundation Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. The Outpatient Clinician is an integral part of the McCall continuum of care that includes a multi-disciplinary treatment team. The Outpatient clinician works collaboratively with clients with co-occurring disorders to create an individualized recovery experience that addresses the root causes of their addiction and/or mental health diagnosis to facilitate sustained healing and recovery. This whole person approach involves individual and group therapies, initial evaluations, support for medication assisted recovery and other pathways to wellness.
Exempt / Full time
Payrange begins at $60,000 for Associate Licensed Clinicians
Payrange begins at $65,000 for Fully-Licensed Clinicians
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree and licensure or associate licensure in a clinical field required. Previous experience with addiction and mental health treatment required. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Must have exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills and be highly independent. License eligible as: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC in the state of CT. Previous experience working in an Outpatient/IOP setting preferred.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
Valid Driver’s license required.
