Foundation Director directs the execution of the vision, strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, and grantmaking operations that support the overall objectives of a foundation. Defines the goals and tactics for fundraising campaigns and program initiatives. Being a Foundation Director represents the foundation to the public and media to communicate its mission, values, and accomplishments. Maintains positive relationships with foundation stakeholders, including the board of directors, grantees, community leaders, donors, and prospective donors. Additionally, Foundation Director oversees grantmaking operations, including developing grant guidelines, reviewing grant applications, and managing the grant evaluation process. Manages foundation programs and initiatives that align with the foundation's mission and values. Implements systems for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the foundation's grantmaking and programs. Ensures all foundation activities comply with applicable laws, reporting requirements, and regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. Behavior Management Foundation, Inc. is currently looking to fill Behavior Technician roles in Merced and the surrounding areas. This job entails working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Previous experience is desired! However, if you are outgoing, fun, patient, and have a desire to change the lives of the people you serve, this could be the job for you. Staff can receive between 15-20 hours per week, with more hours available if available for weekend shifts. Staff will need to be available to work evenings with weekend shifts being available but not mandatory. Typical shift times fall between the hours of 3pm-715pm, and all staff members are required to be available during these times. Additionally, we do staff shifts between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm Sunday through Saturday if staff are available in addition to the 3-715pm shifts. Starting pay ranges for a behavior technician is $17-$21 per hour depending on experience, and $16 per hour during training. If you are looking to advance to a Supervisor position and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), free supervision is offered as well.
