Description

• Develop and interpret quality standards for parts.
• Support CI (Continuous Improvement), CAR (Corrective Actions) and QMS (Quality Management System) improvements.
• Perform quality and process product audits.
• Analyze product data.
• Train Team on systems, standards and tools.
• Supports IATF16949 and ISO14001 initiatives.
• Supervise hourly quality technicians, including daily operations, mentoring and employee development in the quality roles
• Implement methods and procedures for testing and inspecting the quality level of products and production equipment.
• Review and verify customer specific requirements and expectations.
• Identify process deficiencies, analyze reports and returned products.
• Mechanical and visual inspection verifications may be required.

• And, any additional duties that may be assigned by Management.
