Summary:

Assist other team members concerned with, preparing patterns, transporting patterns, preparing molds, removing castings from molds, and dressing tools by performing the following duties. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Receive instructions from Supervisor to coordinate production.
• Transports patterns, flasks, or other materials at the facility
• Assembles flasks, mixes coating, mixes sand, trucks and compacts sand into flasks around tools.
• Prepare beds for flask placement.
• May operate sand mixers that dispense sand. • May spray and/or paint and/or dip coating on surface of molds and/or patterns.
• Fit together, clamp, and unclamp or bolt and unbolt flasks.
• Maintain high standards in equipment and housekeeping.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 quality procedures and work instructions. •
• Understand and comply with company’s safe work practices, policies and procedures.
