Job Description: Host/Host

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at restaurant
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
- Manage phone calls and reservations with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide exceptional guest relations and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services and hospitality

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is a plus
- A friendly and outgoing personality
