**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and ensuring the facility is in optimal condition. MACHINERY , WELDING AND REPLACING BELTS AND MOTORS.
**Duties:**
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including electrical, welding, and fabrication work.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors as needed.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics and logic controllers.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks.
- Strong electrical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Welding and fabrication experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Experience in maintaining equipment.
- Ability to supervise maintenance activities.
