Additionally, Fraud Detection Associate requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Fraud Detection Associate possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     What is the Investor Services Associate (ISA) responsible for?

    The Investor Services Associate (ISA) position is an exciting career opportunity in our Client Solutions Center (CSC). This position offers a rewarding career path in financial services! The ISA will work in a collaborative, innovative in-bound call center that strives to promote world class service to Franklin Templeton's shareholders and advisors.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience about the mutual fund industry and the products and services offered by Franklin Templeton in the financial services arena, while being part of a DALBAR Award-winning team.

    The ISA position offers a robust training program in addition to on-going weekly mentoring and support from your management team and peers.

    What are the ongoing responsibilities of an Investor Services Associate?

    Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    Provide world class service on all client interactions while applying strong knowledge of our products, procedures and services.

    Adhere to legal requirements and utilize product knowledge to facilitate financial and non-financial transactions in a complete and accurate manner.

    Actively participate in new hire training and on-going training as deemed necessary, as well as weekly mentoring sessions with your management team

    What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

    Client Service / Customer Service experience preferred.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to work a remote flexible schedule, Monday through Friday (No Weekends) between 8 : 00 am -8 : 00 pm ET. Franklin Templeton's standard work week is 37.5 hours.

    Exceptional attention to detail and ability multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.

    Proficient computer skills, internet / intranet navigation abilities and the eagerness to learn new skills and software systems.

    The start date for this new hire class will be June 3, 2024.

    Work hours will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm ET during training period

    There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation.

    We expect the salary for this position to range between $42,000 - $44,000.
