Being a Fraud Detection Associate identifies areas for increased security procedures and reports to fraud prevention associates. May contact customers to verify or explain unusual account activity. Additionally, Fraud Detection Associate requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Fraud Detection Associate possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. We are currently hiring a Leak Detection Technician position for a company based out of Jenks, OK and working in and around the Tulsa metro.Hours: M-F 7:30am-4:30pmPay: $18-$25/hrPrimary DutiesProviding leak detection services to inspect and survey systems for the cause and origin of concealed leaks behind walls, under concrete slabs and asphalt, in basements, in landscaping, water intrusion in roofs, irrigation systems, and radiant heat systems.
- Perform accurate, impartial, and complete property testing and inspections (interior and exterior) including but not limited to identification of leaks, deterioration, and previous repairs
- Travel to customer locations, interact with residential and commercial customers; landlords and contractors; and represent our company in a professional manner.
- Provide documentation, finding and photos of the inspection.
- Maintain professional and safety standards required by company and its insurance client.
- You will make decisions and use technology to pinpoint the accurate location of a leak and provide customer satisfaction.
QualificationsEmployees must maintain a clean, professional appearance and excellent customer service abilities. Must be in good health, able to lift and move 75 lbs, willing to work outdoors in both the heat and cold. Only applicants with a driver license and clean driving record will be considered.- Experience with insurance, plumbing construction or property restoration
- Ability to use MS Office (outlook, word, excel)
- Experience with property and liability insurance coverage is a plus
- Must be capable of moving/lifting up to 75 pounds
- Ability to swim
- Mechanical background is a plus
- Power tool experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Clean MVR
- Position is safety sensitive - applicant must pass drug screen
