    Role Overview:
    As a Pool Leak Detection Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team of aquatic detectives committed to helping homeowners with their pool leaks.

    As a pool leak detection technician, your main duties are to find and repair leaks in swimming pools.

    You will go through our training program with our head technician before you have your own schedule.

    You are trusted to represent True Blue Leak Detection not only in the skills of leak detection, but we believe in treating our customers in such a way that they are thrilled that they called us.

    Charisma, honesty, and high moral character are high on our list of skills needed to perform this job.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough inspections of swimming pools and aquatic facilities using advanced leak detection equipment.
    • Collaborate with clients and pool maintenance personnel to gather information about potential leaks and problem areas.
    • Utilize your keen observational skills to analyze visual and auditory cues that may indicate leak sources.
    • Operate cutting-edge technology to perform non-invasive leak detection, minimizing disruption to the aquatic environment.
    • Compile comprehensive reports detailing leak detection findings, complete with accurate measurements and recommended solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to explain leak detection results and propose repair options, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills.
    • Work alongside a team of experts to brainstorm solutions for particularly challenging cases, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

    Qualifications:

    • A passion for aquatic environments and an understanding of swimming pool mechanics.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Previous experience in leak detection, plumbing, or aquatics is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
    • Technical aptitude and comfort using electronic devices and software for data analysis.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
    • Physical capability to work comfortably in water and various pool settings.
    • Strong Swimming Skills
    • Ability to lift heavy objects such as bags of concrete up to 100lbs
    • Mechanical Skills and high levels of comfort and experience with power tools
    • High degree of professionalism, reliability, and a customer-centric attitude.

    Job Type: Full-time
