Fraud Detection Supervisor supervises fraud detection associates in their effort to detect possible customer fraud. Leads cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring. Being a Fraud Detection Supervisor researches, documents, and implements best practices in the industry with regard to fraud detection. Leads the most challenging and complex fraud investigations. Additionally, Fraud Detection Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Fraud Detection Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.     How You’ll Make a Difference

    As a Supervisor, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.

    • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
    • Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verify insurance payment and collection ensure high-quality of care
    • Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team
    • Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice
    • Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments
    • Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing
    • Additional tasks assigned by the Manager 

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred  
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
    • Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Experience in sales
