Fraud Detection Supervisor supervises fraud detection associates in their effort to detect possible customer fraud. Leads cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring. Being a Fraud Detection Supervisor researches, documents, and implements best practices in the industry with regard to fraud detection. Leads the most challenging and complex fraud investigations. Additionally, Fraud Detection Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Fraud Detection Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. As a Supervisor you will be engaged in all aspects of the day-to-day operations at the restaurant. You are responsible for getting guests and staff excited about their experience. You will need to be team leader, great problem solver, and have the ability to handle stress and rise above. You will work hard, but have a great time doing it!• Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning specific tasks and ensuring team members are prepared for each day • Responsible for the training and development of team members on their shift(s)• Contributes to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments on their shift• Follow operational policy and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all teams members and guests during each shift • Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture• Must be proficient in each area of the restaurant in order to help where ever needed • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper set up and breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas • Ability to manage time effectively while meeting all job responsibilities • Maintains a positive work environment for team members and guests during each shift
