The Fraud Detection Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.     Primary Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
    • Foster strong relationships with the major card brands and Acquirers to ensure our product aligns with the payment industry mandates and standards 
    • Strategize with internal stakeholders to advance the payment gateway capabilities domestically and internationally 
    • Plan and prioritize product request backlog and development for the product 
    • Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities  
    • Create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI 
    • Oversee the planning of product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities 
    • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals 
    • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product and present findings to executive team 
    • Lead a team of Product Owners and oversee the development lifecycle to ensure targets are hit 
    • Drive process across the organization to ensure that requirements well-defined and reduce scope creep later in the development cycle 


    Experience
    • Required Skills & Exp Previous working experience as a Product Manager for 2-5 years
    • MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
    • Previous working experience with Azure DevOps
    • Previous experience working in the Payment Industry for 5
    • Knowledge of Alternative Payment Methods (APMs)
    • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles 
    • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Go-getter mentality that utilizes creative problem-solving to unblock or overcome issues
    • Self-starter that can drive work to completion
    • Experience setting up process flows in either product or operational organizations
    • Attention to details
