The Office Assistant Team Member will provide administrative support to the operation of the office. Assists the Dispatch Department with incoming work orders, dispatching technicians, miscellaneous projects. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to the organization. Responsible for maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
Significant Duties:
· Provide clerical and secretarial support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.
· Answering phones, clients updates.
· Assigned to schedule plumbing technicians -new insurance and not-insurance leak detection calls that come in through email, whether being request by an adjuster or the homeowner.
· Updating and maintaining logs on dispatch calls.
· Address clients needs related to Service Calls.
· Provide support to the field technicians to maintain superior customer service.
· Responsible for contact third party vendors to schedule calls.
· Maintaining excellent communication between the office, pluming technicians and clients.
· Ability to work well with other under deadline driven situations and respond to changes in priority tasks.
· Flexible in assisting other dispatch roles when back up is needed
· Others duties as assigned
