Auto Fraud Legal Center is California's leader in automotive consumer protection law with less than 10% Lemon Law cases. Our niche, reputation and marketing provides us with an ample flow of cases and we need you to work them according to our proven formula for success, which we'll teach you.

You will be asked to work in our Scripps Ranch office most days but the hours are quite flexible and the billing expectation is very reasonable, WITH ZERO RAINMAKING REQUIREMENTS. We are open to the idea of a part-time Litigation (Trial and Arbitration) specialist as well.

* Admitted to California State Bar

* Recent and heavy experience with depositions and trial/arbitration hearings.

* Bilingual Spanish is a plus
