Position Summary

As a Team Leader in Fraud Support, you will have the opportunity to create a difference in the lives of our customers every single day. You will use sound judgement to assess the risk level when reviewing accounts for possible fraudulent activity. In addition to this, you will lead the Fraud Support team to help them identify and manage the associated risks of deposit related services. You will drive department efficiencies, monitor progress of the team, and help set goals. The Team Leader will have a working knowledge of all responsibilities within the Account Services department including the Payments & Recon, Fraud Support, Imaging and Quality Review teams.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information
• Ability to operate standard office and bank equipment and required software
• Knowledge of applicable banking and/or regulatory policies and procedures
• A minimum of 2-3 years of bank operations experience is required
• Previous experience in leadership and/or supervisory is preferred
