Fraud Investigation Officer jobs in Boca Raton, FL

First Watch Security and Investigation, LLC is looking for security professionals that possess superior customer service skills, and previous security skills. We are currently looking for candidates to work this property from Friday to Sunday shift of 9:00 pm - 5:00 am EST.

Job Duties:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter on foot, and on vehicle.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Aid customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor all surveillance equipment and report any malfunction or damage to proper maintenance procedures.

Candidates:

• Must be able to remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Candidate must be willing to use personal cell phones for calls.
• Professional demeanor and appearance, excellent customer service skills. Must have a professional background in security or law enforcement. Previous experience working as a security guard is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
