The Division of Real Estate (DRE) is responsible for the examination, licensing, and regulation of 480,000 real estate and appraisal professionals. The Division provides administrative support to the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board (FREAB). The Division’s objectives are to protect the public through the effective licensure of new professionals, renewal of qualified license holders, and appropriate and timely regulation of the real estate industry. The Division’s mission is to be a trusted resource to licensees and the public through improved customer service and education.

The Bureau of Enforcement is responsible for the compliance of licensees and protecting the public by performing timely and efficient investigations. This telework position located in South Florida is responsible for investigating complaints for alleged violation of real estate and appraisal license law.
