Fraud Investigation Officer investigates fraudulent/illegal activities perpetrated by customers or employees. Designs and implements programs to prevent such activities and to recover any incurred losses. Being a Fraud Investigation Officer works with local, state and federal authorities with matters relating to fraudulent/illegal activities. Require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Fraud Investigation Officer typically reports to a manager. To be a Fraud Investigation Officer typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.     Position level dependent upon level of internal and external experience

    Physical Requirements:
    * Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
    * Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery

    Requirements
    * High School Diploma or Equivalent
    * At least 18 years of age
    * 10-key by touch
    * Customer Service Experience
    * Prior chargeback experience preferred
    * Ability to work with minimal supervision
    * Ability to organize and prioritize
    * Capable of meeting daily deadlines
    * Good communication skills
    * Must successfully pass background investigation and according to company policy
    * Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
    * Ability to work overtime as needed
