420 Bliss cannabis dispensary is seeking a reliable, experienced Security Officer to join us. This is a full time position working either day or evening shift.

Job Duties Include:

• Checking IDs for entry
• Responding to disturbances in or around the shop
• Actively monitoring shop entry/exit points and floor activities at all times
• Making periodic rounds in the vicinity of the shop
• Staying alert and service and security-focused whenever in guest areas
• Answering guest questions, assisting on the sales floor as needed

About You:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Work experience in a Security/Door Person role is required
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Able to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays, as business requires
• Can work within strict compliance requirements while keeping a positive attitude
• A proven track record of success diffusing difficult situations while working in a security role

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Security Officer: 1 year (Required)
