    Key Tasks:
    • Process legal documents, conduct data entry, and manage correspondence for trial preparation.
    • Maintain and update court calendars accurately.
    • Issue discovery materials to defense attorneys.
    • Prepare subpoenas as needed.
    • Organize and manage trial files efficiently.
    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred
    • Minimum one year experience in criminal justice, law enforcement, court operations, or similar
    • Knowledge of legal requirements in courts and related county departments
    • Familiarity with law enforcement procedures; ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

    • 37.5 hours per week; additional hours as needed
