Fraud Prevention Associate researches and analyzes potential customer fraud cases to identify and prevent future fraud. Reviews and responds to suspected fraudulent service requests and identifies fraudulent transactions using various research methods. Being a Fraud Prevention Associate follows standard procedures to document a loss and prepares a summary and reconciliation. Communicates the status and resolution of the incident to the customer and/or bank. Additionally, Fraud Prevention Associate identifies areas that need increased security procedures or software to protect customer accounts. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fraud Prevention Associate works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and attention to animals in a kennel or shelter environment
- Feed, water, and exercise animals according to their individual needs
- Clean and sanitize animal enclosures, including cages, kennels, and play areas
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinary staff
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals and report any concerns to supervisors
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
- Provide basic training and socialization for dogs
- Handle animals safely and with compassion during interactions and procedures
- Assist with animal restraint during veterinary examinations or procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience working with animals in a professional setting, such as a kennel, shelter, or veterinary clinic
- Knowledge of animal care best practices and basic medical procedures
- Familiarity with various animal breeds and behaviors
- Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
- Veterinary technician or assistant experience is a plus
