You will be asked to work in our Scripps Ranch office most days but the hours are quite flexible and the billing expectation is very reasonable, WITH ZERO RAINMAKING REQUIREMENTS. We are open to the idea of a part-time Litigation (Trial and Arbitration) specialist as well.

* Recent and heavy experience with depositions and trial/arbitration hearings.

* Bilingual Spanish is a plus
