Fraud Prevention Associate researches and analyzes potential customer fraud cases to identify and prevent future fraud. Reviews and responds to suspected fraudulent service requests and identifies fraudulent transactions using various research methods. Being a Fraud Prevention Associate follows standard procedures to document a loss and prepares a summary and reconciliation. Communicates the status and resolution of the incident to the customer and/or bank. Additionally, Fraud Prevention Associate identifies areas that need increased security procedures or software to protect customer accounts. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fraud Prevention Associate works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Autotransfusion, also called cell salvage, is the process of collecting shed blood, separating the red cells from the plasma, washing the red cells, and re-administering them to the patient.
As a Clinical Technician in Autotransfusion with SpecialtyCare, you will be trained to run the equipment that purifies the patient’s blood and then returns the blood to the patient. Recycling the patient’s own blood, instead of transfusing donor blood, has been shown to reduce recovery time and prevents the adverse effects that can occur with donor blood. We also provide cell-based therapies, such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow aspirate concentrate.
